FDA approves in September and that month you waited means one less month of sales and make managment look like fools if they are not ready to launch shortly after FDA approval.

Time is of the essence and management do not have a day to spare IMO... it's going to be a flurry of activity between now and September and so dilution at 10 cents vs 15 or 20 cents is going to be a small price they will have to pay, because the bigger picture is that they need to be ready to launch this product ASAP post FDA approval.
