No surprise there was a shorfall.
Releasing 25 million new shares certainly didnt benefit existing shareholders, and what fool would support this when the SP was 6c below the SPP price.
Cancel the raise, give everyone their money back and concentrate on your job of making smarter investments with the money you already have, would be my advice
