The fact they have not got GVHD up and running tells us that there is no interest in the US.
Exactly @Bazsa ... if they had a partner to facilitate the phase 2 GVHD trial in the USA, they wouldn't be raising down here at 8 year lows .... I think they will need to raise circa $25 million as a minimum but let's see later this week what the terms are and how much they seek
The fact that they are also including shareholders in the raise through an SPP could indicate they struggled in their initial enquiries to institutions ... who knows ?
