Why do you think they are raising the cash you nitwit? Because they're running it themselves and banking on signing a deal post-trial that's more accretive than the cost of the raise.
@col69 the fact they're including a SPP is because they've only got authority to place 25% under terms granted at the last AGM. And if they placed the entire amount without giving existing SH's a chance, you'd have riots in Cremorne resembling Paris.
