The share price will be sat at $0.215 until complete. They always do at this end of the mkt cap spectrum. In the big boy stocks they work out the dilution effect and trade at a small appropriate discount to CP. Small caps they just trade a the SPP price.
This is a clownish decision by management, Do an Insto raise and move on. Money in the bank and get on to UniSyd with getting recruitment going on Sculptor. This stock would be $0.40+ with some good news and Insto' money on the balance sheet. Retail investors don't want more stock, they want their stock holdings to stop going down in value.
I thought I bought practically the lows on CYP. I will happily admit I was wrong. Bloody biotechs....test the patience of a Saint.
