    Bad dilution, circa 250M shares on issue post raise, assuming the 30c options will also be executed. $500M takeover required to match Sumi's $2 offer from 2019.

    The good to come of this CR:

    1. When this cash runs out, we will have clinical trial results from DFU, GvHD and Renal trials.
    2. Maybe the gag on brokers by SI is over?
