I did some more sleuthing and found this (on page 204 of the Scheme Booklet - It's part of the 'Independent Expert's Report'):
Not a good sign if the 'Independent Expert' doesn't think we're entitled to the contingent payment...
However, there's also this (on page 29):
Perhaps our 'contingent payment' is one of the things that is "subject to consultation and approval by BHP".
But, I couldn't find any reference to a West Musgrave Contingent Payment in the 'Scheme Implementation Deed'... Shame it's not all black-and-white. Is it just me or are they being intentionally vague about this?
