I agree with you, change of OZL ownership does not qualify for the payment. OZL remains an entity within BHP and is not transferring any of it’s WM interests (as far as I know). I am not experienced in contract terms but have carefully read what posters have posted here recently.
There is also the matter of the current CR. Directors would hardly be rattling the tin at a low price now if they were expecting a pot of gold in a few weeks, would they???
