The scheme of arrangement meeting will be held in Adelaide on the 13th of April and it has to be approved for the takeover to go ahead. So, it makes sense why CPN has had to have CR now, as it needs funds to cover at least the next 12 months of activity. I still feel the CPN is entitled to some funds from the takeover but we may need to wait for some time, maybe up to 6 months, before we know any outcome. I know that Greg and board are on to this.
