Waited for Gold to close above $2,000usd/oz
Better hurry up with SS2 , Korbel would look good @ $1900/oz. Previous scoping study used $1750usd/oz. As per the sensitivity analysis, a 10% lift in the gold price would give Korbel an NPV of $610m , with only 3moz.
If we can get 2moz or more at RPM @ 2g/t or more. This is going to be a cracker!
Let's keep an eye out for the following in the resource upgrade:
Performance rights A - Korbel min grade of 0.4g/t for atleast 1.5moz
How many of these options can we get in the Money- Above $2.20 by October???
