Some interesting reading regarding valuation, stages of a mine & associated value, etc. Just a few examples of methodology, but the main theme I takeaway is that the more confidence in the resource, and more advanced the studies, the higher the implied value.
As an investor, if we believe to be 'more informed' than the market, or at least placing a more realistic value on the deposit and the chances of success, then perhaps we are staring directly into a significant value opportunity. That's my thesis & why I am heavily invested here.
