TBH though, I'm hoping the 2nd binding offtake is with a Japanese party. It would not surprise me in the least to see something with Shin-Etsu or Hitachi or perhaps even a motor OEM like Nidec. Once they make up their minds, the Japanese can move quickly (no MOU required), are long term and knowledgeable players, and stick fast, as evidenced by LYC's ongoing financing and sales arrangements. If it is a Japanese company, can you imagine the hand-wringing (maybe even panic) in the boardrooms of the various European OEMs! ARU's 3rd offtake agreement would be a doozy
