Offering the company a loan was the tactic MIN used to get the EGO gas assets cheaply. They offered a ($10m from memory) loan with favourable conditions for MIN and when EGO were unable to repay, MIN munched them up cheaply. Having worked well for them in the past they may try the same tactic again.But if the wells show decent gas strikes, who knows what the SP could do? It seems worth the wait to me.
