You are missing the point that MIN has a significant say in the JV via a circa 80% share in the JV. They will decide on the future drill locations with input from NWE.
It has nothing to do with the minority shareholders in NWE, as MIN has its own responsibilities to its shareholders.
I understand that you are fighting for a better price, but I think they have you snookered at this point.
