AI99, the joint venture agreement was set up for exactly a case that we see today. Forgetting who owns NWE, NWE has equal rights and voice with the decision making process of the progression of the 2 tenements in which NWE has 20% and 22% shares and any decision made must see the whole of the shareholders benefit in NWE not a prejudicial decision for a particular group of shareholders ie the Gas Plant for running minres Lithium Production for their greater financial gain.

This is clearly spelt out in the Corporation Law Act Section 233.

All those insignificant decisions since about 2015 up to today are starting to emerge, we await the future, present and distant to see where this is heading.

The beauty of the internet is the dissemination of information, sharing of ideas, communication and strength to bind together.
