I may be looking at this a little simplistic, however given the Trading Halt was announced on Thursday, and LD2 is (going by the rumour that someone has manufactured) is a duster, then why would we now be at 11am on Tuesday and still no announcement forthcoming??

If it's a duster, then I'm sure an announcement would well & truly have been made by now. Pre-market open for sure!

Further to this point, if it is a duster which would increase the risk of future drills, then why would MIN launch an announcement later that Thursday about confirming their Acceptance Facility is now available.
Surely if it WERE a Duster, then MIN would be in no rush to have this Acceptance Facility in place?

The rumour of a duster just doesn't stack up for me.
