yes but they have the facility set up so have an idea of where they are sitting, if news isnt great, shares tumble and we aren’t sitting so pretty anymore. If Min close offer earlier, (as they can see if they have hit 80% through facility), are we stuck with our shares? The question is CAN min close offer early AND Did I read somewhere that NWE shareholders would still have an extra 4 weeks after close of offer or is this untrue? I’m just trying to make sure I am up with what could happen worst case scenario
Min would then pick up the rest cheaply ?
