Thank you both for some rational thoughts into why there is a trading halt.

The length of the halt will be because of Easter - nothing nefarious.
Don't read too much into it.

Just out of interest what would the lawsuit be for?
They are going to be sued because the drilling that was planned ages ago may be successful?
You state "everyone knew the potential of the find"
So, if the potential, that they knew about, is realised the ex-shareholders should sue?
I won't be contributing to that litigation fund.

I'm a bit pissed off today, sold some Macquarie to buy more NWE and now I think the opportunity is gone.
