LD-1 had significant time delays because of BOP issues at the 13-3/8'' casing point. If Lockyer-2 has had no such operational issues, it is likely that the well is indeed coring the Kingia Formation as Jeremy91 has posted. If the actual Lockyer-2 time vs. depth curve is similar to the actual time vs. depth curve from Irwin-1, then the timing of coring the Kingia in Lockyer-2 meshes reasonably well with the Iriwn-1 actual time vs. depth; see below. Now, the key question is, did Operator establish that the Kingia Formation in Lokcyer-2 was gas-bearing before making the decision to cut a 54m (?) core across the Kingia Formation / High Cliff Sandstone. Or did they just go straight to coring operations before establishing if the Kingia was gas-bearing......
