    I have a question here regarding the fees associated with the takeover. How come, Northwest energy is funding its own cannibalization from the company taking it over? Surely, acquiring Company would be experiencing the fees for takeover not the company being acquired.
    Have I got it wrong or is there some thing wrong with this picture?
