1.The raise and the placement are partially underwritten to $1.24 million.
2.Theraise and the placement both have a price of 4c (with a free option), the current price is 3c.
3.The underwriter can walk away if the share price remains at 3.4c or lower for three or more days.
These circumstances are probably not very attractive to investors and the underwriter.
