Wishful thinking - you can mine past and put in a few drill cuddies/drill drives and commence drilling, while you continue mining on the existing mine plan (while they drill out any unexpected ore zones to increase resources), if this was the case most mining companies would be singing this news from the roof-tops with photos of drill core and/or photos of development headings full of ore..

But this almost never happens because sterilization drilling is a thing......
