So why have we had 2 business days pass with no release of an announcement re an operational matter (trading halt announced 9 40 EST Tuesday)

Surely an operational issue leading to a trading halt/announcement would have been under consideration by management and likely the Board before they decided it required a trading halt so you would not expect it would not take 2 days to draft a release unless it was something very sudden like a catstrophuc plant failure they are scrambling to assess which I doubt.
