Hopefully, this raise is enough to get W2V through another 1 to 2 quarters. I'll be interested to see what role Peter plays in this, if any.

W2V received a grant from the IIA in June 2022. Perhaps they will get another grant in 2 months' time. That might see them through another quarter. By the end of 2023, things could look a bit different. They're supposed to break even next year. If that's true, then cash receipts will have to increase over the next 12 months or 4 quarters.



If there's another raise after this one, it might be highly dilutionary. But it could be worth it if Amos can get this thing profitable & paying a dividend one day.

There's also the possibility of mergers or acquisitions. A nice one could boost profits instantly, who knows. It's a reason I still hold. W2V owns patented technology.
