Effective underpinning might be as low but we're not talking a lot of shares really...not imo. Doubt it lingers there.
This looks to me like a trigger.
Not only as noted does it underscore the mood of investors willing to put $ into the well (npi... well ...maybe ) but its switching on the lights at the starting grid (... yep...pun... )
