My thoughts could be that because cash is getting low and it was generally expected we would raise within the next 6 months potentially management have decided to raise now rather than after PEA in the hopes that when we have our run of news flow over the next 6-8 months (Uprade, PEA, DFS, offtakes), we have a lot more room to run, as investors getting in won’t have to worry about a raise for some time. Could be a bunch of cope but who knows.
