@BrucieKibbutz you are probably right insofar as nothing material will turn on it when an announcement is finally released and the trading halt lifted, but it doesn't help sentiment (certainly not mine) towards the stock when the company won't do a simple thing like either comply with the conditions it put on its own request for a trading halt or alternatively, make a request for a short extension if it can't meet those conditions. Call me old-fashioned, but it's a question of respect for shareholders (many of whom are underwater) and HNR aren't showing a lot of it.
