Possibly the greatest thing about being an insider of a listed company is the absolute lack of progress/productivity/accountability required by a single employee. Kinda like working for govt but there's bank to be made by management.

Revenue? Pffffft! No need for any company revenue when there's a line of brokers waiting to be invited to get in on a juicy raise. Load up on cheapies then pump-n-dump into some BS announcement like "We have an exciting new partnership with a company (nobody has ever head of) that will result in strong revenue increases (just not now, and no mention of how much)."
