The strategic raise in March was to deal with Bergen. Funds from that wouldn't have landed in LNU's accounts. This raise now was expected but with the talk of the impending whale (for the last 6 months), the hope was they would have raised at a much higher price. The fact that they can still find participants for a cap raise maybe gives some confidence that news is close but we've been here before.
