it explains why the want to focus on an intermediate rare earth oxide. They sell the plant and position themselves to be feedstock for North America rather than limit themselves to one facility.
this way they can just focus on extracting tonnes as efficiently as possible and not be exposed to processing bottlenecks further down the supply chain.
my only concern is whether they will get value on the monies spent to date.
