That is the risk in having mines overseas not in a Tier 1 Jurisdiction, it can happen again, anytime, look at what happen to AVZ and IDA, that is another positive for CAI its in a Tier 1 Jurisdiction, Australia.
I would never invest outside a Tier 1 Jurisdiction, I like to sleep at nights, a lot of institutions also don't like investing in these risky countries, overnight your investment could be gone.
