    Congratulations to the AR3 directors and their patsy(?) Robert Gottliebsen for their execution of a classic pre capital raise announcement pump, it will be interesting to see if they will be fully taking up any entitlements.

    It's somewhat questionable as to why it was allowed to trade for a few minutes after opening this morning, maybe to let some favored insiders reset their positions?
