Will be a cap raise at between 80 to 90 cents. This will be to stay liquid and will reward some larger most likely pre-existing investors who have been patient like us.
It will be for commercialisation, trial funding and administration.
Probably around 50% of shorts will be able to close their position out of this. Sad but true, has happened too many times.
A shame they could not do this after many positive news items due in the next few months, when we are back over $2++++
At least it is not a raise at .65c
