The red numbers are not on the original they are simply my estimate of what the x value (the horizontal value) would be if each data point was on the number line and the number line was scaled. Nothing much turns on those red numbers being exact - you could eyeball and estimate yourself - you'd still end up with a series of 11 x values reading left to right being a measure of percentage IL2Ralpha inhibition in vitro and the median is still the sixth from the left. Whether the value is 82 percent or 81 or 83 it makes little difference.

As the slide says bottom left "data represent individual lots" - and that would be so for the x values, but data on the y axis has to be data from patients - you don't get in vivo data from a production lot - you get it from the blood of patients. Measure the amount of IL2Ralpha in a blood sample from day 0, then measure how much less you have from another blood sample taken 28 days later. The difference is a percentage reduction (except in the case where there was no percentage reduction (first data point reading from the left which sits right on the x axis). 5th data point read from the left has a slight reduction - but not much.

Although there are 11 lots show on the slide - all those 11 lots - according to what MSB said at ODAC - came from just 3 donors.
