A CR is ever the more painful with the Dominican Republic dispute painfully close to an outcome. But there lies the problem, nothing is tangible yet, and even a good outcome in early Jun 23 doesn't mean part there of or the full $45M will hit the bank anytime soon! But it will certainly knock the SP out of the park, just the decision to award AAU a substantial sum of money. With this prospect in the background, I don't expect AAU will have any problem raising the $3M to keep them moving. But for us long termers, yes, it sucks!
