Personally I don’t think we should over complicate things. Get the certification, company buys +/- $10m at market and in theory the SP rises with 2 very important catalysts
we officially hear about an offer which is why we got the certification in the first place. Before you know it all these difficult days of it not making any sense everything becomes clear
