Greenstone Resources Limited – Request for Trading Halt
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1,

Greenstone Resources Limited (ASX: GSR) (the “Company”)requests an immediate trading halt over the Company’s securities pending an announcement in respect of a mineral resource update at the Mount Thirsty Project.

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Wednesday 26 April 2023 or upon the release by the Company of an announcement to the market regarding the above.

The Directors are not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
