    1. Reason for trading halt – The trading halt is requested pending an announcement regarding an acquisition and capital raising.


    No communication from any of these management and now a CR for an acquisition.
    Sentiment is HOLD as I'm too far in the red (small small holding) that I've put this in the bottom draw.
