    I do agree that the wording and very mention of 'progress' is strange, if approval you'd think they would just state relating FDA approval without the use of 'progress'. That said, this is why I don't want to read too much into it, we could all be talking fluff in the end.

    While we are speculating, why the delay/halt and not immediate announcement?
