Personally I think if they have approval:
a) Craig likes the theatre of a trading halt to underscore the significance. And / or
b) there is also a chance they have a major rollout partner lined up subject to FDA approval and need a day or two to close it off so they can announce approval and next steps / partner rollout deal together
you can’t tell anything positive or negative from the wording but there are potential reasons why it’s positive
