The US Listing will raise significant capital. Craig talked to at least 2 years cash, expecting that we would then be cash flow positive, ie. the last raise.
I assume current holders will be invited to participate in some way.

So it's being planned, but not definite !
I guess it's always possible that an interested party becomes VERY interested, and a large placement is made, resulting in a delay to US Listing.
Guess all will be revealed over the next few months ( maybe the 4C will give us more insight ).
