Usually i get emails from brokers for just about 80% of capital raising's out there.
Today I got nothing for TYX so I suspect it maybe a cornerstone investor taking a large piece.
If so, it means we won't get the usual sell down like we do after a placement with 'sophisticated investor's".
Also depending on who it is and the deal done, we should get a huge price lift, as it instils confidence in the company that a large player want in.
