Today is April 26. Exactly a year ago - on April 26, 2022 - IPT announced a rights issue to raise up to $6m.
Issue price was 1.1c., a 27% discount to the then current price of 1.5c.
At the time, chairman Peter Unsworth said “...With this rights issue Impact will be funded for two to three years."
I trust directors offer some explanation for their decision to now contradict their chairman's forecast.
They're due to post details of the latest CR - along with the March Quarterly - on Friday this week.
