This is the market. Companies raise money to fund their exploration. Its part of the plan. Its a long term view rather than short term. Everybody has their views. But long term is the play here.

The key here is who they will bring onboard as part of the raising, cornerstone shareholder, institutional, sophs or flippers. The Canadian project will attract many new investors and interest to OM1, its not that bad

On a side note I have not been able to trace down the CR term sheet via my SI channels yet so they may be raising internationally in North America which should be seen as very positive. I am keen on an SPP so I can build a mega position here.

If you read the Canadian project acquisition announcement. The wording states that MERN did do multiple sampling and rock chips resulting in the inferrence of the mega Spodumene suite. The company may look for these chips and send off to labs to test
