I will be personally be very annoyed if this raise is being offered to Broker Clients & Not One Large Invited Sophisticated Investor with Industry Experience….

Shareholders Should have the opportunity to invest in a further capital raise before outside Broker Clients especially with the recent Good News Flow & indicated pricing of .15 cents with a free option exercisable at .30 if this is the case ?.

I will be calling Michael personally if we shareholders don’t get an opportunity at this indicated price-point ( if true? ).
