I would be very surprised if they raised that much now. Would be hard to justify diluting SH for ~60mil when they really just need 10mil. That would get us through for a year, so BOA, financing and FID can be sorted. Then do the big raise when the actual amount of SH capital needed is determined, and at a higher price
