look , ithink they are in talks with investors since months/weeks because a 25 million$ -placement is not a small one ... and the SP at march/ early april was below 40 cent ... that's why i think 50 cents is a fair price ... mid-term it doen'st matter ..50 or 60 cents ..anyway
