Ill try not to carry on, but let's say you argue that mgmt don't care about 10 cents one way or another- perhaps they would say that raising money in this environment is hard yada yada yada.

At the end of the day though share holder value is what this is about. I'm assuming from this raise that mgmt don't have much skin in the game. I wonder if their options get updated after the raise?

When you have a big project like this you could string the insto to somewhere remotely decent surely. The Tanzanian govt can wait, not for ever, but for a month or two. Shop around the instos a bit. Raise at a cap of between 175- 200 mill.

I say it again. Investing is a mugs game. Your up against broking houses investment bankers etc- They are realistically much smarter and have a bit of leverage quite clearly.

Do they do anything?? Facilitate anything?? Honest question...

Or is it all just leverage........
