    Yeah I agree. What's the advantage? Disclosure obligations from their perspective?

    I have a fair few options so how will I determine a fair price if I choose to excise?? Short of the bleedin' obvious ie substantial material contracts, it'll be IMO a lot harder to be able to price the stock/options once delisted. And is this permanment? Will they extend the life of the options?
