Suspect it's going to be a key investor (as I mentioned before), one whom PAA have been in protracted discussions with. If its equity funding, existing SHs have an opportunity to participate and the funds are to be used for future trials (and the development of additional IP) then dilution shouldn't be excessive and the SP may not be significantly impacted. If fact if it's a key investor (BP) then the SP may be positively impacted....Remember one of the directors was recently on a buying spree!!!
